Description

The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering solutions in a consumer software or SaaS environment. Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineering leadership to create and drive a strategy for new features and offerings based on internal discussion, client demand, data, and thought leadership
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to maintenance and support, ensuring products are aligned with business goals
• Convert product strategy into an ordered product backlog and partner with business Stakeholders and Engineering to drive execution of that roadmap
• Manage relationships across all functions to ensure feature feasibility, collaboration amongst teams, and to identify any potential barriers to launch
• Communicate progress and other items of importance across the organization 
• Act as a spokesperson for the product both internally and externally, promoting the product's value proposition to stakeholders, clients, and industry partners
• Drive revenue growth by converting new and existing users
• Maintain a culture of high performance across the product management and delivery team
• Manage discipline around measurement and reporting of success of each product offering

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading and/or managing the product lifecycle from Idea to Rollout.
• Proven success driving adoption through sustained user-centered product innovation
• A history of relationship building and collaboration with Engineering organizations
• Ability to lead projects and establish effective working relationships across a complex startup environment 
• Experience managing a Consumer facing application(Mobile & Desktop) is preferred
• Attention to detail with experience in QA and use case management
• Possesses an intuitive grasp of the small but crucial details that elevate product functionality into compelling and even magical experiences for end users
• Collaborative orientation and exceptional communication skills
• A player-coach mentality when working with cross functional teams and developers
• Passion for the wealth industry and the Dynasty Financial Partners experience
• Advanced degree in relevant field or highly relevant experience in lieu of education
